Digital Bootcamp is a half day training session designed to help you and your film navigate the evolving digital landscape. Creative Director James Mullighan will be hosting the event, alongside Ingrid Kopp, Head of Shooting People's US Operations and James Franklin, Creative Director of Pixeco - a digital design studio dedicated to documentary film projects. The session will look at the opportunities for self and project promotion outside traditional 'windows', including a survey of what those windows are. Participants will learn about which social networking sites, blog and vlogs and best suited to their film, as well as receive top tech advice on everything from basic html to video compression rates. To help contextualise the session, there will also be a focus on case studies and an opportunity for group discussion.
