Professor Boyle is the founder of the Center of the Study of the Public Domain and the Chairman of the Board of Creative Commons. He is the author of numerous books and articles, including ‘Bound By Law’, a co-authored comic book on intellectual property and documentary film, and ‘The Public Domain: Enclosing the Commons of the Mind’ which will be published by Yale U.P. in December. He writes a regular column for the Financial Times.
