Jennifer Jenkins is director of the Center for the Study of the Public Domain at Duke Law School, where she heads the Center's "Arts Project” - a project analyzing the effects of intellectual property on cultural production - and teaches courses on intellectual property. She is co-author of 'Bound By Law', a comic book about copyright, fair use, and documentary film, and of ‘Nuestra Hernandez’, a fictional documentary addressing copyright and appropriation.
