Lucy Würstlin is the Digital Commissioning Manager for 4iP in Yorkshire and Humber and the North West. 4iP is a major new initiative from Channel 4 to stimulate public service digital media (beyond television). 4iP has a substantial budget to support ideas for websites, games and mobile services which improve people’s lives - 4ip.org.uk Lucy was previously the Director of the Melt, a digital content investment programme working in partnership with Channel 4, BBC and Orange.
