Morgan is the Director of HUGE, the content strategy and branded entertainment wing of Engine, the largest independent communications group in the UK. HUGE is one of the Innovation Partner companies on the NESTA/UK Film Council Take 12 programme. He is also chairman of the Branded Content Marketing Association, and a non-executive director of CN Media Group. He started at 3 as Director of Television, Music and Internet, responsible for management of these three key areas of products and services.
