Tom Loosemore joined Channel 4 in September 2008 as Head of 4iP. Prior to joining Channel 4, Loosemore was a Senior Advisor of Digital Media Strategy at media regulator Ofcom where he was instrumental in devising its approach to the internet and interactive media. Before joining Ofcom, Loosemore was at the forefront of the BBC's digital media strategy having joined the corporation in 2001 as Head of Broadband.
