Advance booking is strongly advised, many events sell out before the Festival begins! Single tickets can be booked in advance online or at the Showroom Cinema Box Office in person or by phone using a credit or debit card.

Booking Charges
There is a 50p booking fee on credit cards & online bookings per transaction.
Reserved tickets MUST be collected 30 minutes prior to the start of the screening. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Access to all screenings and industry sessions, masterclasses and special events.

To register for a delegate pass click here here. If you have bought a Delegate Pass you do not need to buy or reserve tickets. Delegate tickets can be collected from the designated ticket desk at the Showroom Box Office. When you first arrive at the festival, please go to the Delegate Centre to collect your pass.

Ten/Doc Pass
Ten/Doc pass holders are entitled to 10 individual tickets, with a limit of 2 tickets per screening, subject to availability. The Ten/Doc passes are on sale at the Showroom Box Office.

Standby Queue
If you are unable to buy a ticket in advance because the initial ticket allocation is sold, there will be a standby queue. To secure your place in the queue, please report to the box office, where you will be shown to the queuing area.
Concessions
Concessions apply to claimants, children under 15, senior citizens and students. You will need to provide proof of entitlement.
Students and OAPs can claim a free ticket to see docs at Doc/Fest, subject to availability.
It’s easy, just come to the Box Office , then, 5 minutes before the film is due to start, however many seats are left available in the auditorium will be given out to students and OAPs from the standby queue, on a first come first serve basis. You must show proof of status on arrival.
Accessibility
The Showroom is fully accessible for customers with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. There is an electronically operated door at the front of the building. A passenger lift in the atrium provides access to all floors of the building. Advance booking is always a good idea, as it enables us to provide assistance if required. All cinemas have a choice of seats for wheelchair users.
