MeetMarket Projects 2012

For 2011, we've selected 65 unique projects involving 20 countries, being given carefully-matchmade meetings over 2 days. Our chosen projects cover the entire spectrum of factual media, crossing from TV to Cinema to Online, and everything over, above, between and beyond. We’re proud to have selected these 65 from the total of 571 submissions received this year, and we’re looking forward to helping them to present their amazing ideas to the rest of international doc and factual community. We think they’re truly amongst the best work being made out there at the moment. They’re entertaining, innovative, clever and forward-thinking. They make ideal partners for matchmaking with the best Decision Makers out there.

Devise To Deliver Market Projects

New for this year, we're also running the first-ever D2D Market. This special pitching opportunity is the culmination of a training programme kindly supported by Creative Skillset, through which 10 UK projects creating factual media in new ways are presenting their ideas in matchmade meetings on the morning of Saturday 16th June. These projects are all interactive projects using digital media to expand the boundaries of film, or are planning to fund, distribute and market their films in unique ways that will allow them to have a more direct relationship with their audience.
