We’re pleased to announce the selection for the first Doc/Fest Rough/Ready programme.

Rough/Ready screens work in progress and fine cut films from filmmakers or producers based in the UK and Ireland, offering a space to engage with international festival programmers, sales agents, distributors, and financiers. This year’s selection includes emerging and established talent sharing new creative and broadcast documentary film. Subjects include a pioneering British musician, cryopreservation, a tragic American tale and a story of labour rights in the UK.

Filmmakers or producers will be present to speak about their works in progress. Further details of each film will be available at the screening venue, below if the running order for the presentations on June 11.
