Commissioners say they want to showcase stories of poverty, but are they the ones who know how best to do it, and do they know who's watching? How can we tell positive stories about people and communities in the grip of poverty and what are the best places for them to be seen in order to attract and build new audiences? Can we open up the viewer’s mind to the possibility of change?
