We're thrilled to announce we are now accepting applications for MeetMarket 2020! The MeetMarket is one of the world’s largest documentary and factual markets and the flagship pitching opportunity at Doc/Fest with the opportunity to meet with top Decision Makers among 300+ international funders, broadcasters, distributors, sales agents and exhibitors.

Doc/Fest offers a unique way to pitch your projects through individual match made meetings between pitchers and the Decision Makers, so they can get straight into creative and financial discussions. Projects range from long form films to short form films, series and formats.

The MeetMarket is open to all documentary makers, local and international, and we welcome applications from established, emerging as well as first-time filmmakers. Projects can be in any form ranging from long form to series and formats. Projects can be at any stage of development, production, or post-production and do not need to have financing already in place.

In 2019 we received over 450 entries from 57 countries around the world and invited 62 projects to pitch at the MeetMarket. In 2020, 40-60 projects will be selected for the MeetMarket. Over the course of two intensive days, more than 1000 match-made meetings will take place in our dedicated Marketplace venue, Cutlers’ Hall.
