Tickets can be bought online from this website or the Sheffield DocFest app by clicking the 'BOOK TICKETS' button on event pages or the schedule. You will be asked to log in or create an account with our ticketing partner, Eventive, during the checkout process.
Yes, tickets can be bought in person in advance of the festival at the Showroom Cinema, and during the festival at venues that are hosting events.
The festival box office at the Showroom will operate 12pm-6pm Monday to Friday from 1 June.
During the festival the following venues will operate a box office on the days they have events: Showroom Cinema, The Light Cinema, Curzon Cinema, Montgomery Theatre, Crucible Theatre.

If you are an Industry Pass Holder you can also visit the Industry Delegate Centre at The Workstation for assistance, open 9am-7pm daily throughout the festival
No. Industry Pass Holders have a different pass which gives them access to Industry only events as well as everything available to the general public.
DocLover ticket bundles are redeemable against most film screenings in our public programme. If tickets are not available the event may be sold out, or you could be trying to select a ticket for an event that is not available to DocLover's such as a Talk, Event or Industry Session.
Wheelchair spaces/tickets can be selected during checkout when booking public tickets to an event. Industry Pass Holders should contact boxoffice@sheffdocfest.com.

Yes. In the Sheffield DocFest app or ticketing environment you can star events within the schedule and then filter by 'only show starred events' to create your own schedule. To use the ticketing environment click the "Tickets" button at the top of website pages.
Yes, tickets for the Opening Night Public Premiere at the Showroom Cinema are available to buy or can be selected with a DocLover ticket bundle. Please note that the Opening Night at Lyceum is an Industry-only event.
