Sheffield’s renowned production theatre, The Crucible is part of Sheffield Theatres, the largest theatre complex outside of London. As well as theatrical performances, it hosts the most prestigious event in professional snooker, the World Championship, and of course some of DocFest’s best films, talks and special events! This year we will be hosting events in the Playhouse & Adelphi spaces of the iconic venue.

Important information for delegates: The Crucible do not allow bags bigger than A3 size into their auditoriums. If you need somewhere to store large bags during your visit to The Crucible, we recommend Stasher , Bounce and Radical Storage as bag drop options, they range from £5-£7 per day.
You are not permitted to bring any food or drink into the venue that you have purchased off site unless for medical reasons. Please speak to a member of the team about this and please do not bring anything containing nuts.
