Becky and Sara are unlikely friends. One wants a life free of money problems and the responsibilities of children, whilst the other works to sustain her quiet life in the countryside with her husband and two kids. Their jobs at a strip club in Gothenburg bring them close together, and they get each other through the long night shift with humour and encouragement.

Made by an all-female team, Night Shift approaches its protagonists and their work with a refreshing lack of judgement. As Becky says during the film, in the end we are all selling ourselves for money.
