As one of the BBC’s leading science broadcasters for children and adults Chris is on a mission to unearth the truth about industrially produced food and what it’s doing to our health. He’s produced world class scientific research, testified to the House of Lords, written a best-selling book and his journey is now part of a feature-length BBC documentary. He will discuss the challenges of advocating about the impacts of UPF on our bodies and the planet, and of producing a documentary that explores the well-guarded secrets of the corporations who produce our food.
