The Palestine Film Institute (PFI) welcomes filmmakers to Sheffield as part of the Palestinian delegation to connect with industry, audiences and the international market. Founded in 2019, the PFI aims to promote Palestinian talent, and their films, alongside championing global collaboration, co-production and solidarity. Amidst the ongoing war on the Palestinian identity and its narrative, the PFI highlights the importance of supporting Palestinian films, filmmakers and narratives in international forums.
Supported by IMS, alongside in-kind support from DAE and SDI.
